Accomodation

The Conference Secretariat has carefully selected hotels for the participants of the Conference offering specially discounted rates. We offer hotels in different categories that are situated in the near vicinty of the conference venue. (Detailed information see below.)

Participants are kindly requested to book their accommodation by using the link or Booking form as indicated under every hotel name. All hotels keep a limited room block till a definite date (please check the hotel descriptions below), and request a credit card guarantee upon reservation. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.

HOTELS:

Danubius Hotel Flamenco****
Danubius Hotel Flamenco, in modern style, is just a few minutes from the downtown in green surroundings, offers accommodation of high standard both for tourists and for business travellers. The Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area overlooking a beautiful park with a small lake.

Ibis Styles Budapest City Hotel***
Ibis Styles Budapest City is located on the bank of river Danube on the Pest side of the city. It is a perfect location with the most comfortable access to both the financial and historical parts of the city.

Leonardo Hotel Budapest****

Hotel Corvin**** / Hotel Sissi***
Located downtown Budapest Corvin Hotel Budapest is a nice, friendly hotel close to the beautiful River Danube. The hotel was completely renovated in 2016 and its 42 rooms offer four star services with common entrance, reception, lobby, restaurant with the neighbouring Hotel Sissi which offers 44 rooms with three star services. The new hotel complex is operated under the name of Corvin Hotel Budapest including the Sissi and Corvin wings.
Some of the rooms come with a balcony, facing the garden or the quiet street. Each room has air-conditioning, free WiFi access and is equipped with LCD television, fridge and telephone. En-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower.
