Abstract submission is available only for registered participants. Abstracts can be submitted electronically only using the online registration system. After you create your account in the online registration system you can submit your abstract. Abstracts sent by mail, e-mail or fax will not be accepted.

Close of abstract submission: 15th of January 2017
Abstract submission deadline extended to: 31st January 2017
Confirmation of acceptance: 1st of March 2017

The official language of the Conference is English.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and must also be presented in English.

Please download the given templates and follow their guidelines regarding the length, format and content of your abstract. Minisymposium speakers are asked to send an extended abstract (min. 3 pages).
Linguistic accuracy is author’s responsibility. 
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and may be selected for oral or poster presentation (or may be rejected).
Accepted abstracts will appear in the official abstract publication or Abstract Book.
